    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Draft verified lists of impaired waters and proposed waters for delisting for water bodies and water segments within the Upper St. Johns River Basin will be presented. The draft verified lists and proposed waters for delisting will be placed on the Department’s Watershed Assessment website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/watersheds/assessment/index.htm) by September 18, 2009, and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail. The Department will accept written comments on the draft lists for a period of 30 days, beginning September 18, 2009, and ending October 18, 2009.
