Who is Early Learning Coalition?
Mission
To manage, improve, and evaluate an integrated and quality seamless service delivery system for all publicly funded early care and education programs serving children from birth to 5 years of age, or until the child enters kindergarten.
Vision
A comprehensive, integrated system of early education and care, including but not limited to Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten, that prepares children for success in school and responds to the needs of children and families of Palm Beach County. All early education and care services will be accessible, affordable, of the highest quality and will support parents in their role as the primary influence in their child's learning and development.
What is Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County’s need?
The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County is seeking the assistance of a consultant who has expertise in website design to support the Coalition as we begin to re-brand the agency. The main goal is to effectively promote the Coalition and the services we provide within the community and clearly portray the impact of our services to the children and families of Palm Beach County. The Coalition wants to attract visitors to its website by presenting appealing visual images, intuitive navigations and concise messaging while at the same time increasing functionality and ease of use for our customers. An effective website will be: easy and intuitive, visually pleasing, informative, and safe and secure.
The Specific Strategies to be addressed are:
Redesign of current website to support re-branding of agency
Increase awareness of the Coalition’s mission
Vibrant and unique design to attract customers
Delivery of a clear and consistent message regarding agency services and outcomes
Strengthen relationships with community partners and increase relationships with new partners
Enhance communication regarding our services to the community
Enhance child care provider and customer relationships
Maximize web-based technologies
Provide easy to use web-based solutions, increase usability
Improve business efficiencies, program delivery and services
Present information and resources in an easy to use format
Design a responsive site layout that can adapt to different technologies and screen sizes for connecting with customers
Maintain and enhance linkages to content-Driven Social Media
Timeline & Scope of Work
The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County Website Design Project is approximately a 3 month project, set to conclude in January 2014.
Additional Information:
The Coalition would like to request a quote for the delivery of the fore mentioned services, including cost estimation and an outline of the delivery method.
