The District has issued Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 27973 relating to the Design and Construction Management for the Eau Gallie River and Elbow Creek Dredging Project. The District’s Evaluation Committee for this RFQ will meet at District headquarters at 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177, at 9:00 a.m., on Thursday, September 18, 2014, for negotiations with the top-ranked respondent.
