The Florida Department of Health hereby gives notice:

On May 30, 2017, the petition for a variance filed on March 20, 2017, by Denise Kalman-Smith, representing South Lake Elks Lodge #1848, Inc., regarding the "South Lake Elks Lodge #1848, Inc." was WITHDRAWN. Petitioner had sought a variance from subsection 64E-11.007(5), Florida Administrative Code, which requires each food service establishment to be provided with adequate, readily accessible, conveniently located lavatories equipped with hot and cold running water in accordance with the plumbing authority. Notice of the petition was published in the March 27, 2017, edition of the Florida Administrative Register.
