THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ST JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
The District issued RFP 31996 to conduct baseline biological assessments in an area of the Indian River Lagoon likely to be influenced by a future pilot project to assess flushing values in the lagoon. The date and time for negotiations is extended to 10:00 am, September 19, 2017. District staff will meet with the top-ranked respondent for this RFP to negotiate fees and project costs beginning at 10:00 am, on September 19, 2017, at District headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177 (C.R. 147).
