City of Sunny Isles Beach
The City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, gives notice pursuant to paragraph 337.401(3)(d), F.S., which provides municipality must provide to the Secretary of State, at least 10 days prior to consideration on first reading, notice of a proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company or a cable television company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The proposed ordinances amends the City of Sunny Beach, FL Code of Ordinances provisions regulating telecommunications facilities in the public rights of way governing a telecommunications company or a cable television company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way.
