The petition seeks a declaratory statement from the Office on whether its receipt of compensation in connection with its proposed activities for SJTC in the State of Florida fall within the list of prohibited activities listed in Chapter 660, Florida Statutes, and whether they require a Florida trust company charter pursuant to Chapter 658, Florida Statutes.
