NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Florida Division of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, filed August 15, 2008, in Docket No.: 080547-EI, seeking a permanent waiver of the requirements of subsections 25-7.084(2) and 25-7.085(4), Florida Administrative Code. The rules require monthly meter readings taken from the meter at the customers’ premises. The company is currently installing automatic meter-reading equipment throughout its system, which alleviates the need for meter readings on the customers’ premises.
