NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from EFCO Corporation. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Rule 3.002, 3.005 & 3.008, F.A.C. as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification of whether the above rules allow test reports by an approved test lab for tests performed at the manufacturer's in-house testing facility for non-HVHA product approval by either the test report or evaluation report approval method.
