The Compensation Subcommittee of the Investment Advisory Council (IAC) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: Thursday, September 19, 2013, 3:00 p.m. until conclusion of business.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Meeting of the Compensation Subcommittee of the IAC to (1) approve the incentive compensation non-financial/qualitative measures relating to the ED/CIO; (2) review the specific financial and non-financial/qualitative measures that will determine the amount of the award for other incentive-eligible positions; and (3) receive an update on the base pay adjustments.
