    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Office of Financial Regulation has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Inmar, Inc. et al. on June 22, 2018. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:

    On 6/22/2018, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (Consumer Finance) received a Petition for declaratory statement from Inmar, Inc. et al. The petition sought a declaratory statement from the Office as to whether Petitioner's intended services in Florida require licensure as a money transmitter, pursuant to Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. On 9/10/2018, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order on the Petition for Declaratory Statement. The Office determined that under the circumstances described, the answer to Petitioner's question is that by engaging in Petitioner's proposed activity as described in the Petition, Petitioner would not be considered a ''money transmitter" as defined by subsection 560.103(23), Florida Statutes, and would not be required to be licensed in Florida as a money transmitter.
