NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 29, 2019, the Department of the Lottery, received a petition for variance or waiver from Shaunta Stiebel. Petitioner is seeking a waiver of Emergency Rule 53ER17-54, paragraph (11)(a) and subsection (18), F.A.C., Payment of Prizes. The Payment of Prizes rule sets forth requirements for Lottery ticket submittal and payment.
