NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Massage Therapy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Humberto Fortuna, filed on September 4, 2019. The petition does not identify a specific rule or statute for the agency’s opinion as to how it applies to the petitioner. Petitioner has provided a detail session sheet which outlines his services and seeks a determination from the Board regarding whether a massage license is required in Florida for his services as a non-Reiki Master. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
