PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect is to amend existing rules and forms to conform with and implement Chapter No. 2022-178, Laws of Florida, which was signed into law on June 8, 2022. This legislation updates the requirements a financial institution must meet in order to be a depository at which a licensed family trust company, family trust company, or foreign licensed family trust company may maintain its deposit accounts. The forms will be updated to reflect the new requirements.
