    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: NW 21st Avenue Bridge Replacement Project, from SR 816/Oakland Park Boulevard to SR 870 Commercial Boulevard, in Broward County, Florida.

    This project consists of replacing the existing two-lane bridge over the South Florida Water Management District C-13 Canal. Improvements will also include updated signalization, new pedestrian and concrete traffic rails, miscellaneous signage, paving, restriping, irrigation, lighting, curb, gutter, and driveways to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.

    Construction begins in September 2019 and is estimated to be completed in Fall 2020. The estimated construction cost is $7.2 million.

    During the informal open house, attendees will have the opportunity to review roadway improvements, construction plans and traffic control plans. FDOT staff and consultant staff members will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.
