DATE AND TIMES: October 4, 2007, Committee meetings begin at 1:00 p.m.; The Rules and Legislative Committee will begin immediately following the Electrology Rule Review meeting which begins at 1:00 p.m. The estimated start time for the Rules and Legislative meeting is 3:00 p.m.
