South Florida Water Management DistrictNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 14, 2012, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for Variance (Application 120814-7) from Lost Tree Village Property Owner’s Association, Inc. The property is located in Palm Beach County, Section 3, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, at 11237 Lost Tree Way, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. The petition seeks relief from provisions in subsection 40E-24.201(6), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Florida Statutes.
