The Florida State College at Jacksonville District, Board of Trustees announces the following meeting to which the public is invited.

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING:

DATE AND TIME: September 27, 2012, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

PLACE: Administrative Offices, 501 West State Street, Board Room 405, Jacksonville, FL 32202

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Presentation and discussion of institutional review conducted by MGT of America, Inc.

Copies of the agenda for the Board meeting will be available for inspection on and after Thursday, September 20, 2012, and copies will be provided upon written request. All objections to this notice or the propriety of the scheduled public meeting should be filed in writing with the College President, Florida State College at Jacksonville, on or before September 27, 2012.

All legal issues should be brought to the College’s attention and an attempt made to resolve them prior to the public meeting.
