    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Monroe Park Tower. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.3, Section 3.11.3, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
