GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Osceola County is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study for Carroll Street from John Young Parkway to Michigan Avenue in Osceola County (FPID Number: 433204-1-28-01, PS Number: 14-031612-FH).

The PD&E Study involves developing and evaluating alternatives to widen the existing roadway and possibly adding a median. This Alternatives Public Meeting is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to discuss with the staff the alternatives that are being considered.
