NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity has received a Notice of Withdrawal of Petition for Waiver of paragraph 73C-23.0041(1)(c), F.A.C., from Suwannee County, Florida. Suwannee County seeks to withdraw their request for waiver from the funding limit for Economic Development subgrants filed with the Department on July 14, 2015. The Withdrawal was filed with the Department’s agency clerk on September 10, 2015.
