REQUEST FOR BIDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Auld & White Constructors, LLC, in conjunction with the University of North Florida, will be accepting sealed proposals, which will be received until 2:00 p.m., October 5, 2016, at Auld & White Constructors, LLC, 4168 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 101, Jacksonville, Florida 32216, for the referenced project. Bids shall be opened publicly at Auld & White Constructors, LLC, 4168 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 101, Jacksonville, Florida 32216.
SCOPE DESCRIPTION: ADA Improvements to the Porter Annex Building including concrete ramp and sidewalks, millwork, drywall and MEPs.
Interested Bidders are required to notify Auld& White Constructors, LLC, of their Intent to Bid, in writing, no later than Thursday, September 29, 2016. Interested Bidders who fail to notify Auld& White Constructors, LLC, of their intent to bid by the date referenced above MAY NOT be permitted to bid. Bid drawings and specifications will be available at Auld & White Constructors, LLC, 4168 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 101, Jacksonville, Florida 32216.
