    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Samuel B. Reiner, II, Esq., on behalf of J. Alejandro Arguelles on August 8, 2017. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.113, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board as a Certified General Contractor, whose license was issued under Section 468.102, F.S. (1972), whether he is “grandfathered” under Section 489.113, F.S., with the authority to continue pool construction work. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
