    NOTICE OF CORRECTION

    Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 250, December 30, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    The following sections of the Notice should be corrected to read:

     

    59A-3.252 Classification of Hospitals

    (1) through (a)1. No change.

    2. Long term care hospitals, which meet the provisions of subsection 59A-3.065(24)(34), F.A.C.; and

    3. through (c)4. No change.

    (d) Class IV specialty hospitals restricted to offering Intensive Residential Treatment Facility services Programs for Children and Adolescents, pursuant to Section 395.002(15)(16), F.S. and subsection 59A-3.065(22), F.A.C.

    (2) through (5)(d) No change.

    (e) Any other services, when provided by a Class III or Class IV hospital, shall meet the standards pertinent to that particular service as promulgated in Rules 59A-3.065 through 59A-3.303 59A-3.312, F.A.C., as applicable.

     

    59A-3.302 Personnel

    (1) through (4) No change.

    (a) Programs shall be facility-based with a designated person or committee who is responsible, on a continuing basis, for planning and insuring that Plans are implemented. The facility shall also make use of educational programs outside the facility such as workshops, and seminars.; and
