Notice of Emergency Action
On September 13, 2016, State Surgeon General issued an Order of Emergency Restriction of License with regard to the license of Frank Andy Fernandez, R.T., License # RT 12667. This Emergency Restriction Order was predicated upon the State Surgeon General’s findings of an immediate and serious danger to the public health, safety and welfare pursuant to Sections 456.073(8) and 120.60(6) Florida Statutes (2016). The State Surgeon General determined that this summary procedure was fair under the circumstances, in that there was no other method available to adequately protect the public.
