NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 1, 2016, the Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from RedWeek Real Estate LLC. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 475.25(1)(h), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner is requesting the Commission's opinion regarding the scope of Section 475.25(1)(h), F.S. as it pertains to sharing a real estate brokerage commission resulting from the sale of a timeshare unit in the United States with a company located and properly licensed to do business in Thailand, but not licensed to do business in the United States. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
