NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Dentistry has issued an Order disposing of the Petition for Declaratory Statement that was filed on April 12, 2013, by Healthy Kids One More Child Foundation. The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement published on April 17, 2013, in Vol. 39, No. 75, of the Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought the agency's approval finding that Chapter 466.003, allows a not-for-profit corporation to offer dental services in schools as a prevention program without the need of utilizing a mobile dental unit. The Board of Dentistry considered the Petition at its May 17, 2013 meeting.

The Board’s Order filed on May 28, 2013, granted the Petitioner's request to withdraw the petition.
