Final Order No.: DEO-14-128
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-14-128 on September 9, 2014, in response to applications submitted by Cove of San de Loro Homeowners Association, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the applications for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
