    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Gregory A. Gracer, filed on September 3, 2015. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.503(23) F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 489.503(23) F.S., as to the definition of “onsite alarm sales” and whether an alarm sales representative has to have a background check in order to sell an alarm system face-to-face onsite. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
