DENIAL OF PETITION TO INITIATE RULEMAKING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services has issued a Denial to the Petition to Initiate Rulemaking filed by Jeffrey Lynne on August 13, 2015. The petition was denied as the Department does not have jurisdiction or statutory authority to coordinate with the Department of Children and Families on rulemaking delegated to the Department of Children and Families.
