PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of Rule 59G-4.072, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Specialized Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Coverage Policy, _______.
