PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of Rule 59G-4.075, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Wheelchairs, Walking Assistance, and Adaptive Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies Services Coverage Policy, _______. (1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid wheelchair, walking assistance, and adaptive durable medical equipment and medical supply services to recipients.

(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Wheelchairs, Walking Assistance, and Adaptive Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supplies Services Coverage Policy,_______, incorporated by reference.
