    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Curtis D. Hamlin on behalf of Runaway Bay Condominium Association, Inc., In Re: Runaway Bay Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2019046160.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 718.111(14) as it applies to the petitioner.

    1. Whether Petitioner is permitted to invest reserve assets in non-FDIC insured products. 2. Petitioner requests that the Division provide a definition for "investment," as the term is used in subsection 718.111(14), Florida Statutes.
