    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Steven C. Knapp and Patricia L. Knapp, In Re: Halifax River Club Association, Inc., Docket No. 2019045404The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection715.115(2) as it applies to the petitioner.

    Whether subsection 715.115(2), Florida Statutes, permits Petitioner's Association to special assess only certain unit owners for the repair of a common element which incurred damage during an insurable event.
