    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Sarasota/Manatee Barrier Islands Traffic Study is examining the feasibility of improving the overall infrastructure, including traffic operations and circulation, on the Sarasota/Manatee barrier islands as well as island-to-mainland connections. Phase 3 of the project is underway and includes an enhanced origin/destination analysis, reviewing potential funding sources, refining cost estimates, project priorities, and mobility solutions. At this steering committee project staff will be giving an overview of Phase 3 including the Streetlight Data Analysis. The successes of the project to date will also be presented. The prioritization/recommendation matrix will be discussed to outline the pathway to success. Please note that two or more elected officials may be in attendance.
