The Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling hereby gives notice: of the issuance of Order Granting the Petition for Variance and Waiver, filed by Cherie Smith on June 28, 2024. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 50, No. 144, of the July 24, 2024, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the request at a duly-noticed public meeting held on August 8, 2024, in Naples, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on September 9, 2024, granted the petition. The Board found that the petitioner was in substantial compliance with the provision of Section 120.542, F.S. and Chapter 28-104, F.A.C. and voted to approve the petition for variance and waiver for paragraph 64B4-3.003(2)(b), Florida Administrative Register.
