Notice is hereby given that the above rule, as noticed in Vol. 39, No. 174, September 6, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register has been withdrawn.
The two public hearings for proposed rule chapter 65C-39 previously scheduled for September 26 (Tampa) and October 2 (Tallahassee) have been cancelled. The original notice was published on September 6, 2013, Vol.39, No. 174, Florida Administrative Register.
