NOTICE OF REQUEST AND APPROVAL FOR EXPEDITED REVIEW BY A QUALIFYING RETIREMENT COMMMUNITY
The Agency for Health Care Administration has received and approved a request for an expedited review from On Top of the World as provided in Section 408.036(2)(d), FS. On Top of the World intends to sell land to an applicant for the construction and operation of a 120-bed community nursing home. Potential applicants can obtain information describing the terms of the land purchase for the property on which the project will be located and the requirements for the proposed project established by contacting Mr. Reggie L. The deadline for submission of certificate-of-need application(s) for this project to the Agency is December 19, 2014.
