    NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

    FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE (FCEN)

    MIDWAY WATER SYSTEM, INC.

    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Midway Water System project to relocate of about 2 miles of water main to accommodate the widening of US 98 between Gulf Breeze and Navarre in Santa Rosa County is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The estimated project cost is $1,200,000. The project may qualify for a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
