- Requires colleges and universities licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, and institutions not under the jurisdiction or purview of the commission under s. 1005.05(1)(b)-(f), F.S., to adhere to statutory requirements for the designation of restrooms and changing facilities based on sex, or provide unisex facilities, and to certify compliance with the requirements on a form included in this rule.
