    The Florida Board of Pharmacy and The Department of Health's Bureau of Enforcement announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: In anticipation of the October 1, 2014 effective date of proposed amendments to Rule 64B16-27.797, FAC, the Florida Department of Health’s Bureau of Enforcement and the Florida Board of Pharmacy will be holding a public meeting on USP–NF General Chapter <797>; Pharmaceutical Compounding — Sterile Preparations (i.e. USP 797). The meeting will specifically focus on topics useful to Department of Health pharmacy inspectors in ensuring Florida-permitted pharmacies achieve and maintain compliance with USP 797.
