NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 20, 2020, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 65D-30.013(3)(a), Florida Administrative Code, from Monroe County Coalition, Inc., assigned Case No. 20-035W. Paragraph 65D-30.013(3)(a), Florida Administrative Code, requires that providers in prevention shall delineate reporting relationships and staff supervision. This shall include a description of staff qualifications, including educational background and experience regarding the substance use prevention field. Providers shall have at least one (1) qualified professional on staff.
