NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services has received the petition for declaratory statement from Neil Martin on September 18, 2017. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 526.141(4)(a), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner alleges pumps at a particular station are more than 100 feet from the attendant control station. Petition seeks declaratory interpretation to justify why his findings of the distance the pumps at this station exist in patent contravention to the manifest legislative intent promulgated in the controlling statute.
