FAR NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF WAIVER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Florida Public Service Commission that Peoples Gas System’s petition for rule waiver from paragraph 25-17.015(1)(b), Florida Administrative Code, filed June 28, 2018, in Docket No. 20180004-GU; and joined by Florida Public Utilities Company, Florida Division of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, Florida Public Utilities Company-Fort Meade, and Florida Public Utilities Company-Indiantown Division, on July 2, 2018; and further joined by Florida City Gas, St. Joe Natural Gas Company, and Sebring Gas System, Inc., on July 3, 5, and 11, 2018, respectively; was approved by the Commission by Order No. PSC-2018-0423-PAA-GU, issued August 24, 2018, and consummated by Order No. PSC-2018-0465-CO-GU, issued  September 18, 2018. The rule addresses the annual estimated/actual true-up filings for energy conservation cost recovery. The petition was approved on the basis that the purpose of the underlying statute would be achieved by other means and application of the rule would create substantial hardship. Notice of the petition was published in the FAR on July 13, 2018.
