NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 14, 2018, the Board of Speech Language Pathology, and Audiology, received a petition for Variance or Waiver filed by Dan Gardner, M.S., Master Audiologist, James Baker, Au.D., Joanne Conter, Au.D., Rachel Conter, Au.D., Angela Schenk, Au.D., and Dan Garnder, Inc. d/b/a Gardner Audiology. Petitioners seek a variance or waiver of any and all rules which the Board interprets as requiring direct onsite supervision of audiology assistants as well as a variance or waiver of subsection 64B20-4.004(3), F.A.C., Supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and Audiology Assistants.
