NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 05, 2023, the Department of Financial Services, received a petition for Waiver from Sharon Lee Markham. Sharon Lee Markham is requesting that the Department of Financial Services grant a Waiver from subsection 69J-7.001(5) of the Florida Administrative Code regarding the “Improvement 4 – Opening Protection (Windows)” requirements that are located on pages 12 and 13 of form DFS-O1-001.
