NOTE: In the event a quorum of the Committee is not available for the business meeting at the date, time, and place set forth above, the Committee shall meet on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 8:00 a.m. at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street (Hwy. 100 West), Palatka, FL 32177. One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meeting by means of communications media technology.
