Notice of Application Period for
Preapproved Advanced Cleanup Program (PAC)
The Department of Environmental Protection announces, in accordance with Section 376.30713, F.S., that it will accept PAC applications submitted between November 1, 2012 and on or before 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2012. Public opening of timely submitted applications shall be on January 4, 2013, 9:00 a.m., Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Room 458N, Tallahassee, Florida.
