PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting in the following docket to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Docket No. 160065-WU – Application for increase in water rates in Charlotte County by Bocilla Utilities, Inc.

The purpose of the meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service provided by the utility, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues.
