NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 29, 2016, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from 4 Kids of South Florida and Heather Drake, assigned Case No. 16-027W. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires staff who perform casework services in licensed child-placing agencies to possess at least a bachelors degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
